What you choose to share

The project form asks for your name, email, project needs, service interest and timeframe. Business name and website are optional. These details are used to respond, prepare a conversation and organise the next step.

When the project form is available, submitting it stores your enquiry and queues an acknowledgement and a private review for Daniel. If delivery is unavailable, the form tells you and offers email or booking instead. No enquiry is treated as received until the website displays a reference.

Interactive demonstrations

The sample client workspace uses fictional data and page-local state. Requests, feedback and approvals are not transmitted or retained on our server. Reloading or leaving the page resets the demonstration. Please use fictional details only. The sample report download is a text file created in your browser.

Booking and meeting tools

Calendly handles scheduling and passes meeting details to the connected calendar and meeting service. Its privacy terms apply when you use the booking widget. If a meeting is to be recorded or transcribed, we will discuss that before capture. This form does not enable recording.

Access, follow-up and retention

Project enquiries are intended for Daniel. Cloudflare hosts the website and enquiry records; Google Workspace supports email and a private enquiry register. These providers may process information outside your province or country. We use the details to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, not to enrol you in marketing. You may ask us to delete an enquiry that is no longer needed; legal or contractual recordkeeping obligations may require retaining some records.

You can ask about access, correction or deletion by email. Avoid sharing credentials, payment information or sensitive personal records.
