An orderly handover
On cancellation, we provide the agreed available site export and access inventory. You arrange subsequent hosting and maintenance. Any new migration work is separately quoted and approved; third-party services retain their own licences and limits. Unpaid agreed work remains payable. There is no automatic transfer of third-party subscriptions.
Redesign without changing everything
We record existing domain, email and website responsibilities before changing the site. Redirects, content migration and testing are included only as agreed in your scope.
