Terms & conditions

Last updated: October 3, 2026.

Who operates this service

Atelivra is operated by Daniel Hernández in Mont-Tremblant, Québec, Canada. These terms describe use of the public website and any Atelivra client workspace made available to you. Questions: daniel@atelivra.com or +1 514 795-8793.

Enquiries, demonstrations and proposals

Sending an enquiry, booking a call or viewing a demonstration does not purchase a service or start a paid subscription. Concept websites and demonstrations are fictional examples unless explicitly identified otherwise. They do not represent guaranteed results or a completed client system.

Scope, prices and cancellation

Before paid work begins, a written proposal specifies deliverables, responsibilities, schedule, fees, taxes, recurring charges, third-party costs and payment terms. Minimum terms, cancellation, refunds and transfer arrangements must be stated in the agreement accepted for your project. No additional subscription, automatic renewal or minimum commitment is created by this page. Changes in scope require agreement before implementation.

Your workspace and information

Use only accounts and information you are authorized to access. Keep your login private and notify Atelivra promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Do not use the service for unlawful messaging, impersonation, malware or unsolicited bulk communications. Share only information needed for the agreed service; do not submit passwords or payment-card details through public forms or demonstrations. Client access and enabled tools depend on the agreed scope.

Content, ownership and providers

You must have permission to supply the content and brand assets used in your project. Ownership, licences, source-file delivery, exports and ongoing access are defined in your written agreement. Third-party software, fonts, imagery and integrations may have their own licences and charges. Atelivra may use providers including HighLevel, Google Workspace and Cloudflare; this does not make Atelivra their owner or grant access to every feature.

Availability and expected results

Support hours, response targets and maintenance are specified in your proposal. Third-party outages and changes can affect availability. Search rankings, inbox placement, review volumes and sales are not guaranteed. Any use of AI requires appropriate review; a demonstration is not a promise of autonomous decision-making or continuous human supervision.

Privacy, applicable rights and updates

Our privacy policy explains how enquiries and account information are handled. Nothing on this page removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. This page is intended for use in Québec and Canada. Updated website terms will carry a new date; they do not automatically replace a signed project agreement. Contact Daniel if you need clarification before using a service.
